St Michael’s Church School Location & Parking
The school is located on three sides by Oxford Terrace, Durham Street and Tuam Street, and sits diagonally opposite the Riverside Market.
The school’s front door and visitor parking are accessed from the contraflow section of Durham Street which runs north between Tuam Street and the Lichfield/Oxford junction.
To reach the school coming from the north:
Take Durham Street. Be in the right-hand lane. Immediately after the bridge over the Avon, turn right into Oxford Terrace – the large white wooden church of St Michael & All Angels is on the corner.
Street parking is available next to the church on Oxford Terrace, or turn left at the wooden bell tower into the church driveway. Parks are available immediately on the left, on the driveway.
Walk back to the bell tower and take the path along the side of the church, through the blue railing gate, and into the main car park on Durham Street. The school’s blue front door is at the other end of the car park. Please walk to the right side of the car park.
To reach the school coming from the south and west:
Take Tuam Street. Be in the left-hand lane. Turn left at the Durham Street lights, into the contraflow lane, and then turn immediately left into the first driveway: our car park – it’s at the end of the wooden building on the corner which is our hall.
The school’s blue front door is at the hall end of the car park. Please walk to the right side of the car park.
